By using information at the Molinspiration Cheminformatics website and data generated by free Molinspiration Cheminformatics web services (referred to collectively as the "Services" in this document ) you agree with the following Terms of Service. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.

You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Molinspiration, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Molinspiration.

You may use information obtained from Services in your scientific or educational activities, or publications provided that the Molinspiration is properly acknowledged and a link to Molinspiration web site is included.

The Services are provided "as is" and Molinspiration gives you no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error and any information obtained by you as a result of your use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.

By using the Services with an Internet browser set to accept the storage of cookies the User confirms its agreement to the use of cookies by Molinspirition for the provision of its services.

For site security purposes, as well as to ensure that this service remains available to all users, we use software programs to monitor traffic and to identify unauthorized attempts to get access to Services or otherwise cause damage. In the event of authorized law enforcement investigations and pursuant to any required legal process, information from these sources may be used to help identify an individual user of the Molinspiration Services.
